Setting out how we will work with you
Payment terms
Payment in advance and initial project kickoff costs
We ask for some or all costs in advance.
Typically we invoice 50% at the start and 50% on completion, and we can start work once the initial payment is paid.
Initial payments are not refundable if the project is cancelled by you after it has started.
Invoice dates and payment dates
Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices are due on receipt.
NDAs
We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements.
