We require some or all costs in advance.
If over £10,000 then we require 50% in advance; if less than £10,000, then £5,000 in advance; if less than £5,000, the full sum in advance.
Initial 50% payments are not refundable if the project is cancelled after it has started.
Our invoices are due on receipt.
We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements.
